Evan and Kelly are Colorado growers dedicated to sharing the freshest, locally grown living vegetables with their neighbors in the communities of Northern Colorado… year-round! Did you know research has suggested that microgreens contain 4-100x more of certain micronutrients, such as antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, when compared with the mature versions of the vegetable?

We are all about convenience and operate year-round to provide Northern Colorado with nutrient-packed greens, no matter the weather! We sell to restaurants from FoCo to BoCo (and beyond!) and offer weekly/bi-weekly subscriptions from Wellington to Denver! Our mission is to make it easy for you and yours to enjoy and benefit from this locally grown functional superfood!
What We Grow
We grow micro-arugula, broccoli, cilantro, leek, radish, red cabbage, pea, a colorful mix of microgreens, and so many more in a controlled, hydroponic environment using solar power, LED lighting, biodegradable coconut fiber grow pads, and non-GMO seed. Using these methods ensures that you will always receive the highest quality at the best price when you buy our product!
Meal Ideas
Microgreens can be incorporated into any meal, truly. Harvest them in your kitchen and use them as a raw topper in tacos, sandwiches, burgers, nachos, wraps, pizza, avocado toast, or as nutrient packed addition to soup, chili, pasta, stirfry, sushi, curry, or green smoothies! We are Northern Colorado’s year-round superfood! We deliver microgreens to Wellington, Laporte, Fort Collins, Loveland, Johnstown, Berthoud, Longmont, Niwot, Boulder, Erie, Louisville, Superior, Lafayette, Westminster, Denver, Johnstown, Windsor, Timnath, and more each and every week of the year! We’re sprouting up everywhere! We began growing in 2013, specialized in microgreens in 2019, and are still going strong in 2024!
